I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as in stock, so I figured they’d ship quickly. Instead, it was almost a week before they even went out, and the tracking didn’t update much along the way. Customer service was fine when I checked in, but based on the item showing as available, I expected a much smoother and faster process. The shoes were okay in the end, but the fulfillment side definitely needs improvement.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, but when they showed up they just didn’t fit right. I figured exchanging them for another size would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more annoying than I expected.

The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to dig through emails to figure out what was going on. What bothered me most was that there was basically no follow-up unless I reached out first, so I was just left waiting and wondering. By the time I finally got a real answer, the size I wanted was already sold out.
Customer service was nice enough when I did get in touch with them, but being polite didn’t really solve anything. For something as simple as a size exchange, the whole thing felt unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating

Just a heads up if you’re planning to shop for shoes here, the selection was limited. I was expecting more options, but there wasn’t much to choose from.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, which I appreciated, but yeah, I did end up waiting a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just one of those things where you’re standing there like, okay, hope I’m next soon. Overall good experience though
